Terms and Conditions

THE PRICELIST IS VALID FROM 01/01/2006 AND REPLACES ALL PREVIOUS PRICELISTS.

PRICES
Ex stores Bantry. Shipping costs as well as costs of packaging have to be added to the prices of goods. Prices can be changed without notice.

VAT
VAT at the appropriate rate (21%) is included in all prices of products which are subject to VAT. Any changes in the VAT rate during the lifetime of this pricelist will be reflected in the prices from the day of VAT rate change.

PAYMENT
We accept Bank Drafts or Postal Orders or Cheques. If not prepaid we reserve the right to ship goods C.O.D. COD shipments incur extra charges.
We accept as well payments by credit card - unless stated otherwise. However Credit Card payments attract an administration fee of € 3.00 per transaction. (Note: please call us if you are shopping online and want to pay by credit card, as we do not transmit credit card details over the internet)

ORDER
Please enter the quantity required, order code and price on the order form or on a postcard.
If you want to include a cheque or postal order to save the C.O.D. fee please add the postal charges according to the Delivery Charges table.

DELIVERY TIME
We are committed to supply goods as fast as possible. However we could run out of stock and it might take time to get new supplies. If you need to have goods at a certain time please approach us well in advance.

DELIVERY
Goods up to 30 kg weight will be send by mail or Courier Service.
Shipments over 30 kg weight will be send by Courier Service or Haulage Contractor.

RATES for C.O.D. (on top of delivery charges)
invoice value up to EUR1000,-: EUR8.75
TIP: When calculating post charges please account for the weight of the packaging - e.g. 1kg seed incl packaging will weigh approximately 1.2 kg - 10kg of any goods require packaging of about 500g. In all cases the postal rate will be one level higher than the net weight of the goods.

If weight of packaging is not considered when sending orders incl. payment we reserve the right to reduce the quantities of goods ordered to a level where goods plus packaging do not exceed the weight which is paid for.

PACKAGING
We are committed to recycle packaging material whenever possible. However in cases where no suitable material is available we reserve the right to charge packaging material.

VISITORS
As a mailorder business we do not have shop facilities. If you wish to visit us please ring in advance for an appointment.
