BIONET 2000

BIONET - in its different specifications - has over the last 20 years been the only reliable "organic" method to keep the carrot fly off the carrots, parsnips, parsley and cabbage fly and other similar pests off brassicas, leeks, radish and onions.

Advanced BIONET 2000 is about 20% lighter than previous generations of BIONET - which results in reduced pressure on the crops. The increased flexibility of the new material makes it easier to handle. Lifespan: 5 years +.

Tip: When considering your order please keep in mind that BIONET is put directly on the seed bed. The plants will push the netting up.
About 50- 60cm (20-24") of spare netting - depending on the variety of carrots - on either side is necessary to allow for the growth of the crop - e.g. a bed of 1.4m (4'6") requires min. 2.6m wide netting.
