The soil warming cable helps to increase the soil temperature in a cold frame or on a greenhouse bench - precondition for early propagation. Root development is slow below certain soil temperatures.
Incl. instructions on how to build a simple but effective propagator. Plugs into standard 220V socket.
A thermostat is available to control the temperature and save energy.
