An alternative to the one season fleeces is this "knitted" plant cover. Made out of colourless Polyethylene (PE), UV/IR stabilised, recyclable.
CROP COVER use and advantages -

- higher light transmission than fleeces
- reusable for many years = environment friendly.
This cover can be put directly on crops e.g potatoes, cabbages etc. For lettuce and other more tender crops a support structure is recommended.
