- We have a fixed contingent of the sets at our disposition. Orders
will be dealt with on the basis of first come-first serve. Your order by return post/fax/e-mail enables us to
reserve the quantity you need.
- Delivery of the white Onions, Garlic, Shallots and Potatoes will start in February. Red Onions require heat treatment and will therefore be shipped separately from April on. Earlies and maincrop potatoes will be shipped from February on.

Onion Sets
Onion sets and garlic can be planted either in spring or in autumn - provided they correct varieties are used. We offer different varieties for these planting windows. Shallots are only available for spring (April) planting.

STURON - The
No.1 for many years: reliable, consistent with strong roots and strong leaves. Good bolting-resistance. Produces good size golden bulbs with fine flavour. Plant Mar. / Apr., harvest Aug., strong skin, good storability.
RED BARON - attractive, shiny red skin. Globe shape. Mild onion with gorgeous fresh taste. Heat treated to reduce danger of bolting. Plant Apr. / May, harvest Aug., bulbs keep well.
Shallots/Garlic
RED SUN - high
yielding red shallot with very uniform bulbs, mild flavour, ideal for salads. 20 - 45 mm diameter, plant
from March/April on, harvest August, stores well.
PRINTANOR - Good
size, cream coloured cloves. The planting Garlic for spring planting and autumn
harvesting. Store for 7-8 months. Size 30mm+
MESSIDROME - Large,
large, regular bulbs, pink or pink marked. Overwintering Garlic for planting from Sep.
til mid Nov.for harvest in Jul. / Aug.. Size 30mm+

Potatoes
Our range of seed potatoes comprises of early, medium and late varieties, floury and waxy, small tubers or baking size potatoes - something for everybody. All potato seed is inspected for its suitability as seed by the authorities in their respective country of origin (Scotland, Ireland). They are furthermore certified as organic by the relevant organic certification bodies.
1st Early:
COLLEEN - Round oval, white skin, lightyellow flesh, good eating quality, fries very well
ORLA - beautiful white oval tubers,light yellow flesh
2nd Early:
MARIS PEER - Salad potato. Good scab resistance, medium virus/blight resistance.
Excellent yields
of medium size oval tubers.
Smooth, white skin, creamy flesh. Reliable, tasty salad potato.
BRITISH QUEEN - Medium-size, oval, white tubers, white flesh. Multi purpose potatoe with excellent taste. Medium blight/virus/scab resistance.
Maincrop:
SANTE - Round tubers, white skin, yellow, creamy flesh
ROBINTA - Maincrop potato with red skin.
Very good blight + virus resistance. Medium sized oval tubers, light yellow flesh. Good cropping multi purpose potato.
RECORD - Oval potato w, mealy yellow flesh. Very delicious table potato, great for chips
REMARKA - White/yellow oval large tuberswith yellow flesh. Good taste
CARA - White potato with red eyes, creamy flesh. Great for baking, excellent storing quality
ARRAN VICTORY - Heirloom variety: attractive blue/purple tuber, brillant white Baker/roast/fry/microwave, floury flesh with fine flavour
GOLDEN WONDER - Oval tubers with russet skin.Creamy flesh, floury, high dry matter content, great taste. Medium blight resistance, good scab resistance.
SARPO MIRA - Maincrop potato, red skin,
(almost) blight, slug and wireworm resistant variety from Hungary. Strong weed suppressing foliage. Produces large size oval tubers with white flesh. Floury. Excellent for chips and baking. Best allround potato.
