1.Payment.
Q.What forms of payment do you accept? A.We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments, as well as Laser.We can also accept payment by cheque and direct bank transfer.Please note your card will not be charged until we have dispatched the goods.
Q.How can I make the payment by cheque or bank transfer? A.When you are in the checkout, uncheck the charges box for credit card payment.Select your shipping method and then proceed to step 4.Select "I will send Cheque or pay by Bank Transfer".Please make a note of the amount due,then place your order and a page will appear with details of how the payment can be made.
Q.Can I pay by C.O.D.? A.At the moment this is not possible.
2.Delivery.
Q.Do you require a signature on delivery? A.All courier deliveries require a signature.
Q.What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives? A.The delivery company will attempt to make a delivery.If they are unable to do so they will leave details of the attempt and a telephone number to contact them to arrange another time.
