USE: Biological Crop Care in agriculture, horticulture, gardens and parks, where harmful insects and larvae are known to occur on herbaceous plants.
COMPOSITION: HERFOSEC is a highly concentrated composition of specific herbal concentrates in a water base. Available in liquid (L), grain (K) and granular (G) form.
MODE OF ACTION: HERFOSEC strengthens the plants and makes the plants less prone to attack from harmful insects and their larvae, such as:
- Aphids
- Whitefly
- Caterpillars
- Diamond Back Moth
- Vine weevil
- Spider Mites
- Gall Midge
- LeafMiner
- Thrips
- Scale insects
- Pear's Psylla
- Mealybugs
- Strawberry blossom weevil
- Lily Beetle
HERFOSEC is absorbed by the roots, soil and foliage. Due to the presence of root stimulating and nutritional ingredients the roots, leaves and soil will develop an increased resistance. The ingredients in the product have (in addition to a soil improvement and a crop enhancing effect) an indirect effect on pests and diseases.
The treated crops or soil are no longer attractive to them and in this way foliar insects and their larvae will be inhibited in their development. The crops will develop their own defence system while showing a healthy growth.
Application: 100ml - 200ml HERFOSEC (L) per 5 ltr of water will cover 100m2. Apply every 7 days during the growing season.
