Glass Fermentation Weight  

Made from Borosilicate glass this fermentation weight fits our glass fermenting jars but is also suitable for any fermentation jars or crocks with around a 10cm Diameter. Borosilicate is a tough glass that can handle high temperatures and is dishwasher safe, making it easy to sterilise. The round button on top makes it simple to remove by hand or with fermenting tongs
