The GreenStar Elite juicer was developed to extract the maximum amount of vitamins, enzymes and minerals out of fresh fruit and vegetables. To achieve this a stainless steel double roller system was designed. These rollers extract juice not only from almost all vegetables and fruit, but also from grasses (wheat or barley grass), or celery. The sharp ‘teeth’ of the rollers pull the juicing goods into the machine and extract all liquid until only a dry pulp is left. The rollers turn at the low speed of only 110 rpm - avoiding heating up of the juices.  

The rollers are also fitted with Bio Ceramic and Magnets. These help to maximise the mineral content of the juices. The roller housing can be easily taken apart for cleaning: a single knob gives accesss the roller housing, sieve and the rollers.
