- A good source of both calcium (CaO 27%) and sulphur (SO3 39%).
- Improves soil characteristics such as water absorbtion capacity and aeration.
- Improves the soils ability to retain phosphorus and other leachable nutrients.
- Improves acidic soils. Gypsum leaches down to the subsoil level beyond where surface applied lime would go.
- An application rate of 500g per square meter is advised. Ideally mixed into top 5cm of soil but can also be top dressed.
- Approved for use on organic holdings.
