Microclover
Very small clover for lawns and sports pitches. Very hard-wearing and winter hardy. Microclover remains greener much longer than grasses do in drought conditions. Swards containing Microclover are a brighter green earlier and later in the year. Will keep a good summer colour, as it is particularly resistant to drought because of its deep rooting system. Mowing regularly will keep the clover small, variations in height can occur depending on environmental conditions as well as overall fertility.
Microclover Sowing Rate:
- If overseeding use 100g per 200m²
- If sowing pure, use 100g per 20m²
- If sowing a lawn from scratch, mix at 5% with lawn seed
