Organic Iris Reticulata 'J.S. DIJT' is an early and long-flowering miniature iris with a good scent; plant it at the front of the border or in a pot for inside or out. Does best in free draining soil with plenty of grit. Very good in a rockery. Iris Reticulata is a very eye catching reddish-purple with golden yellow markings on the inside of the petals. Likes a dry, sunny spot.
Iris Reticulata will naturalize if planted in short grass. Take care to prevent slugs and snails from attacking the iris once planted.
