Anise Hyssop
Anise Hyssop (Agastache anisata) is a vigorous edible plant of the mint family. A colourful perennial for wild gardens, it produces beautiful purple flowers much loved by insects and butterflies. Leaves and flowers are edible, with a distinct flavour of anise and mint. Each packet contains approximately 500 organic seeds. More details delow.
Organic Anise Hyssop (Agastache anisata) Seed
Characteristics:

Growing schedule: Sow under cover from February-March for flowering from September-October or sow from April-July for flowering in summer the following year. Can be sown direct in spring once the soil has warmed up.
Sowing depth: Seeds need light to germinate so gently press into soil but do not cover completely.
Germination: Anise Hyssop seeds germinate most successfully at around 18-20°C.
Planting distance: 40 x 40cm
Growing conditions: Anise Hyssop prefers full sun but can tolerate partial shade. It will grow best in fertile, well-draining soil and has fairly good drought tolerance once established.
Number of seeds: Each packet contains approximately 500 organic seeds, enough for 400 plants.
