Growing schedule: For growing outdoors, sow kale seeds from April to June. Kale can also be sown in late summer for growing on indoors - plants can then be harvested as baby leaf kale or left to come to maturity in early spring. Seed can be sown direct or in modules - but modules should not be allowed to become root-bound.
