Organic Spinach 'Butterflay' Seed

Growing schedule: Sow under cover from March or direct outdoors from April to August. For a winter crop, sow under cover in late August to early September, once temperatures inside have cooled after the summer.

Sowing depth: 2-3cm

Planting distance: 20cm between rows; 4-10cm between plants.

Growing conditions: ‘Butterflay’ spinach prefers cooler temperatures and grows best in fertile, moist, well-drained soil with a neutral pH. Spinach may bolt in hot, dry conditions so choose a partially shady spot for summer cultivation and keep well watered.

Number of seeds: Each packet contains approximately 25g of organic seed.
