Flower Meadow Seed Mix
This colorful blooming flower meadow is species-rich, offering a variety of low to tall flowers and low to high grasses, and providing food for pollinators, insects and birds. The mix consist of 29 varieties of flowers, and 10 species of grasses. More details below.

This mixture, consisting of 50% flowers and 50% grasses, is suitable for a wide range of soil types and situations. Colorful blooming, very species-rich flower meadow with low to high grasses, reaching a height of 80-100 cm before the first cut.
It is it’s important to properly prepare your site before sowing seed.
- Remove weeds or cover for at least three months prior to sowing.
- Free the ground of vegetation.
- Fine soil for seed sowing is ideal.
- Dig or rotovate the soil.
- Firm and rake to make a seedbed.
- Allow four to six weeks for the soil to settle.

All flower meadows need some kind of management in the first years, like mowing or cutting the area once or twice a year, and removing mowed material. Keep the area cut short in the first year.
