Flea Beetle/Leaf Miner Net Offcuts
These are offcuts which are left over from a roll after we have cut smaller lengths for orders. They are between 7 and 10m in length - but at the price of 5m!. Sometimes available in widths of 2m, 2.6m, 3m and 4m.

EXTRA FINE INSECT NET
Flea beetle netting is an extra fine meshed crop protection cover designed to keep flea beetle, leek miner flies and other tiny insects off crops. It is manufactured from high quality UV stabilised polyethylene which will last for more than 8 seasons. The net is placed directly on the seed bed and the plants push the netting up as they grow. As such, it is important to allow 40-50cm of spare netting either side of the bed to allow space for the growth of the crop, e.g. a bed of 1.4m width would require the 2.6m wide netting. Can be held in place with stones, sandbags or pins.
- Will also protect crops from hail and wind damage, bird or rabbit attacks and reduces soil erosion.
- Can be used throughout the year on different crops.
