EBRA MS21 Seeder
Designed for the specific needs of market-gardeners, the Ebra seeder uses a tilted seed plate (disc) to distribute seeds consistently. The MS 21 can take up to 8 seeding units on a standard tractor mounted frame. Please contact us with your crop requirements and we can prepare a quote. More details below.
Ebra MS 21 Precision Seeder
Initially created by EBRA for field-crop seeders, this system is simple (only one change of disc to switch from one crop to another), precise (seed by seed to approximately 80% for carrot gauge 1.6 - 1.8) and unbelievably general-purpose: from very small seeds (parsley) to very large ones (broad beans, large beans and even small bulblets).
Easy to use This is a widely recognized point - EBRA seeders are simple to use: - switch from one seed to another very fast - no tools needed - quick and easy density adjustment - precise depth adjustment by sliding coulter system - instant emptying outlet - tracer to mark the following row (depending on the model)
The seed-distributor plate of each row is driven by the front wheel of the unit. In this way, the seeding units are completely independent of each other: this allows very easy modification of the number of lines, the spacing between rows, and even allows sowing different crops from one row to another. Moreover, the MS 21 seeding units all rest on 2 wheels: the drill perfectly follows the irregular contours of the terrain.
Specification:
- 1-8 seeding units can be fitted on 60mm beam frame
- Standard 3 point Cat.1. connection
- Recommended speed: 3 to 4.5 km/hr depending on the seeds (except very large seeds or small bulbs: 1 km/hr)
- 5 litre hopper with instant emptying system
