En-Strip

Contains parasitized 3000 whitefly pupae, packaged in cardboard card which can be hung up for ease of use. Adult Encarsia formosa wasps will emerge from the pupae and parasitize the third and fourth larval stage of the whitefly. Particularly effective in polytunnels & greenhouses.

Please contact to order. As En-strip is a live product we order it fresh every week as required. Order before close of buiness Wednesday to receive delivery the following week.

Application

• Open package carefully inside the greenhouse
• Bend and tear off the strips opposite to the mounting hole
• Make sure not to touch the pupae during handling
• Suspend the cards in the crop, if possible approximately 75 cm under the plant head
• Avoid to hang cards at places exposed to direct sunlight
• Can be affected by pesticide use.

Most effective at temperatures between 20°C and 25°C, if kept below 17°C for 24hrs efficacy will decrease. Can survive with night time temperatures above 10°C

Storage

Store for no more than two days after receipt at 8-10°C, in the dark
