Entomite
Contains 50,000 soil dwelling predatory mites Stratiolaelaps scimitus (Hypoaspis miles) with a peat based carrier material. The mites target Eggs, larvae and pupae of sciarid flies, and the pupae of thrip species.

Application and best usage
- Turn and shake the container very gently
- Spread material evenly on soil or planting medium around the base of the plant stem (not on the plastic)
For optimal results the soil has to be moist(but not contain standing water), rich in organic matter and have a loose structure.
The minimum temperature of the soil or medium must be 15°C or higher
Use yellow sticky traps to monitor for bests before application.
Entomite-M can survive for a few weeks with no food source so can be applied at the first sign of pests
When used for sciarid flies Entomite-M can be combined with Entonem which also targets larvae
The use of pesticides may affect predatory mites.
Wear protective clothing when applying as application of this product can cause sensitization or allergic reactions
Storage
Best used immediately up receipt.
Store for no more than two days at 10-15°C, in the dark with bottle horizontal.
