5kg Coco Coir Brick
Compact washed unbuffered coconut coir is bio-friendly and easy to use. Can be broken up or placed in a bucket/ wheelbarrow with 20L of water. Leave it sit until the water is absorbed, about 30-60 minutes, adding more water if clumps remain. Mix loose and place in growing trays. You can also use part of the brick at a time, wetting it slightly to break a piece off. Each brick will make about 60 Liters in all.

For use as a growing medium
Coco Coir is not a complete growing substrate and does not contain nutrients to grow plants past microgreen stage. The recommended application rate is 600g of granular feed per brick for further growth. The 4-3-7 pellets and vegan pellets are suitable. Additional feeding may also be required during the growing season.
