Radish 'Sora'
Globe shaped red radish. An excellent variety for field cultivation during the whole growing season. Sora remains crisp and tender for a long time even when it grows bigger. Each packet contains 6g, approx. 600 organic seeds, sufficient for approx. 500 plants. More details below.
Organic 'Sora' Radish Seeds
Growing schedule: Sow indoors from February to early April and direct sow from March to August
Sowing depth: 1-2cm
Planting distance: Leave 20 cm between rows; thin to 3 cm between plants.
Germination: Radish germinates best between 12 and 20°C. However they can germinate as low as 4°C
Growing conditions: Radish like full sun and fertile, well-draining soil. Water in dry conditions
Ongoing care: Keep beds well weeded and well watered in dry weather. Sow in succession for a long supply.
Harvest & storage: Vigourous and quick to mature - harvest from May to Oct.
