4.3 is a species rich clover/grass mix suitable for grazing, hay and silage. It is an extensive cutting mix which is formulated to suit wetter grounds, heavier clay or boggy soils. 4.3 can be used for reseed but also overseeding. Only 15% Perennial Ryegrass. 10kg bag. 100% organic seed. Sow from April till the beginning of September

Variety Rich Permanent Pasture 4.3
Pastures with a diverse mixture of species provide numerous benefits. Clovers and other legumes produce nitrogen and high protein feed. The high percentage of Festololium, Timothy and Meadow Fescue in the 4.3 mix provide resilience to colder and damper soils and they improve soil stucture. A balanced mixture with a good variety of grasses, clovers and herbs will fill the ecological niches of the pasture. This makes them higher yielding than monocultures and better at keeping weeds out.
