Organic Crocus 'Barr's Purple'

'Barr’s Purple' is an early crocus with soft and pointed petals, rich purple in colour with a slight sheen of silver on the outside. Inside, bright golden-orange stamens and stigmas add a vibrant contrast of colour. The grass-like foliage is green with silvery stripes and has sturdy stems that withstand wind and rain. These bulbs are great for naturalising and will bloom year after year. One of the first to flower in early springtime, this small and delicate flower looks lovely planted in clusters at the front of flower beds, under trees, rock gardens or in pots.
