Borage
Borage (Borago officinalis) has beautiful, edible, blue flowers that are very attractive to bees. Leaves are also edible with a cucumber type taste. They are a nice in salads but the hairy leaves need to be blanched lightly. Borage readily self seeds. Each packet contains 1.5g, approx 80 organic seeds, sufficient for approx 10m².
