Cosmos, Orange
Cosmos sulphureus produces bright flowers in vivid orange on delicate stems. It continues to flower until late in the year, providing a useful source of nectar for insects. Cosmos works well in garden borders as well as making a lovely cut flower. Each packet contains approximately 50 organic seeds. More details below.
Organic Orange Cosmos (Cosmos sulphureus) Seeds

- Height: 40-50cm
Sowing: Sow from March to May for flowering from June to September. Start seeds indoors from March or alternatively sow directly outside from mid-April.
Sowing depth: 1-2cm
Germination: Seeds usually take a week to germinate at a temperature between 15-25°C.
Planting distance: 30 x 30cm
Growing Conditions: Cosmos does well on a poor, well-drained soil in a sunny position.
Ongoing care: Dead-head regularly to ensure a long display.
Number of seeds: Each packet contains approximately 50 organic seeds, enough for 40 plants.
