Borage
Borage (Borago officinalis) has beautiful, edible, blue flowers that are very attractive to bees. Leaves are also edible with a cucumber type taste. They are a nice in salads but the hairy leaves need to be blanched lightly. Borage readily self seeds. Each packet contains approximately 75 organic seeds. More details below.

Growing schedule: Direct sow outdoors from April to June.
Sowing depth: 0.5 - 1cm
Planting distance: Leave 30cm between rows; thin to 20cm between plants.
Germination: Around 7-10 days at optimal temperature of 21°C.
Growing conditions: Borage likes full sun and fertile, well-draining soil.
Ongoing care: For large healthy plants, keep well watered in dry weather.
Number of seeds: Each packet contains approximately 75 organic seeds, enough to cover 10m².
