Organic 'Yorokobi' Pak Choi Seeds

Growing schedule: Sow outdoors from late June to August or indoors in September.

Sowing depth: 1cm

Planting distance: 30 x 35cm

Germination: Ideal germination temperature is 18 - 22°C.

Growing conditions: Pak choi grows best in fertile, well-draining soil. While it enjoys full sun, it can benefit from partial shade in the hotter months. Pak choi has a tendency to bolt in hot, dry weather so keep well-watered.  It tolerates cold weather but will not withstand a frost.

Crop rotation: Pak choi is a brassica and should be grouped in planting rotation plans with other members of the brassicaceae family such as cabbage, kale, broccoli, kohlrabi, rocket, turnip and radish.

Harvest: It is fast-growing and can be ready to harvest after 6 weeks.

Number of seeds: Each packet contains approximately 85 seeds, enough for 70 plants.
