Francis are a first early high yielding potato. They are a popular variety, delicious flavour, with golden skin and yellow flesh, floury and creamy in texture. Very good for French Fries, but also for boiling, baking, roasting and mashing. Conventional untreated seed. More details below.

A 500g bag of 35-55mm size potatoes contains 6-7 tubers for trying out. A 2kg bag contains approx. 24-28 tubers - enough to plant approx. 5-7m². A 10kg bag covers approx. 25-40m². A 25kg bag covers approx. 70-100m².
